Jones's flagship 5-string: swamp-ash body on an 11-piece maple/poplar neck-through, handmade Jones/Armstrong Multicoil pickups and the distinctive Underhill Calistan dual-filter active preamp (filter and Q-switch voicing rather than a standard EQ). Black hardware. Handmade to order (~8-week lead time) in the New Forest, England by Jones Basses. Neck-through construction with carbon-fiber reinforcement, 24 Jescar 47095SS stainless frets on a 20" radius, 3000-year-old Bog Oak and walnut headstock veneers, Jones 18mm brass bridge, Gotoh GB350 Res-o-lite tuners, Jones MicroSet nut, and a hand-rubbed oil & wax finish.
