A one-off custom bass (Oxnard Bass #19002) hand-built by Ventura Guitar Company in December 2019 for Ray Diaz. Single-piece spalted alder body, a 3-piece curly shedua/maple neck, roasted flame-maple fingerboard and 35" scale with jumbo fret wire. Dual Precision-style pickups - a DiMarzio DP120 Model P at the neck and a Gemini Custom P-bass at the bridge - into boutique passive electronics (Emerson CTS pots, vintage Orange Drop and West Cap NOS oil capacitors, 3-way toggle, dual mono/stereo output jack) and a Gotoh bridge. Supplied with an SKB waterproof case and a certificate of authenticity.
