Vintage Jazz-Bass tribute capturing the late-60s golden era - clarity without harshness, low end without mud, and an open, airy midrange, with the articulate snap of the bridge pickup, warmth from the neck pickup, and growl when both are combined. Two Macmull hand-wound single-coil J pickups, passive controls. Built entirely by hand in limited numbers (~130 instruments a year) in Jerusalem, Israel by Macmull Custom Guitars (founders Tal Macmull and Amit Sadras). Lightweight vintage-style construction (typically under 3.25 kg), nitrocellulose finish, Madagascar rosewood fingerboard, Gotoh hardware, and Macmull's own individually hand-wound pickups matched to each instrument. Custom order with a choice of neck profiles, Macmull electronics, the RVT (Real Vintage Tone) system, fretwire, finish and headstock options.
