Kikuchi Guitars Hermes Series - a 60s-style Jazz Bass built in Japan by master luthier Yoshiyuki 'Yoshi' Kikuchi (formerly of Sadowsky Japan and Atelier Z). Alder body, maple neck with thin matte nitro finish, rosewood fingerboard, Tusq nut, 22 frets, 34-inch scale. DiMarzio 4HC pickups in 60s locations with Kikuchi's original preamp. Hipshot 20mm bridge and Hipshot Ultra-Light tuners, semi-hard case. Batch-produced boutique bass. List price approx 418,000 yen (about 2,790 USD).
